Join Brookline parent and educator Ana Maria Ramos for an open, supportive conversation designed for tweens and their caregivers to learn about puberty, body changes, and healthy relationships together. In this interactive workshop, families will explore topics such as menstruation, reproductive anatomy, hygiene, consent, and bodily autonomy in a clear, age-appropriate, and shame-free way. Participants will gain practical tools, accurate information, and language to help continue these important conversations at home.
