    Pilates is a low impact series of mind/body exercises done on a mat that builds core strength and stability. This popular workout adds flexibility and improves endurance while creating long lean muscles. The mind/body aspect of pilates sharpens concentration and focus. Although, the workout is safe from novice to pro athlete, classes are always challenging. Joelle’s classes are reasonably priced and conveniently located just minutes from Lawrence School! Group classes are limited to four students, and private classes are also available.
