Movie Day
To Purchase tickets, go to lawrenceschoolpto.membershiptoolkit.com or open the MembershipToolKit App.
- Click on the Store icon or menu item.
- Click on the Early Release Movie Day link
- Add one or all the movies to your cart
- Click Add to cart and Checkout.
- Complete your purchase with secure payment through PayPal.

The easiest way to setup a new Movie Day event is to copy an existing Movie Day Product.
- Login as an Admin to MySchoolAnywhere.com
- Click Manage Products
- Click Copy link on any recent Movie Day product.
- Click Update Link on the new product copied.
- Edit the Item Name, Price
- Edit the Item Code to something unique. Include the year, month, day of the event (ie. MOVIEDAY20200415)
- Change the Start Date and End Date.
For the Late Registration product: Make the start date the last day of registration and make the End Date the same as the Event Date. - Click on the Description tab and change the description with the new information.
- Click Save button.

- Login as an Admin to MySchoolAnywhere.com
- Click Review Sales
- Click “More Search Options“
- Choose Movie Day from the Category filter list.
- Locate student in list. You can see them on the first screen, change the # of Records per page, or click the Next page button (not shown below).
- Check the box in the “Reconciled” column for the Student(s).
- Click Update Button.
TIP: Click the Update Button frequently and before changing the page or # of records per page.
If you need to make any notes on a child, click the Pencil button to edit the sale. Add the note to the “Buyer Memo” text box.
