How do I (organizer) setup a new Movie Day event?

The easiest way to setup a new Movie Day event is to copy an existing Movie Day Product.

  1. Login as an Admin to MySchoolAnywhere.com
  2. Click Manage Products
  3. Click Copy link on any recent Movie Day product.
  4. Click Update Link on the new product copied.
  5. Edit the Item Name, Price
  6. Edit the Item Code to something unique. Include the year, month, day of the event (ie. MOVIEDAY20200415)
  7. Change the Start Date and End Date.
    For the Late Registration product: Make the start date the last day of registration and make the End Date the same as the Event Date.
  8. Click on the Description  tab and change the description with the new information.
  9. Click Save button.
